Oak Room Event Conference Center

Our spacious, comfortable, and elegant event and conference center is the perfect location to host your next private event. The Center is directly adjacent to the Hotel with it's own ample parking. Great for reunions, wedding receptions, birthday parties, or conferences, it can accommodate up to 100 people. Either make your own arrangements for catering or allow us to help you with menu and catering ideas. For your convenience, the center is outfitted with a kitchen for food preparation and storage. The Oak Room is also equipped with a large screen, DJ stand, dance floor, and lights.

Our free Wi-Fi and high-speed internet connections are ideal for sharing the event with those who are not able to attend, accessing important websites and emails, and helping your guests stay in touch while they are away. For your out-of-town guests, we offer group discounts on room rates and complimentary breakfast. In-town guests will appreciate the convenient and reserved parking area adjacent to the event center.

Please note, because we do not have a handicap bathroom, we are not able to host “state” events.
